I honestly can’t understand the logic. why choose to leave courts empty instead of let people who already reserved another court to play in the empty court while waiting? this isn’t going to make anyone book another court, it just creates more angry customers. today someone actually came over, counted the checked in people on our reserved court, and said there were “too many.” Seriously, what is wrong with you people? we already paid for the court. why does it matter how many people are on it?

Place is super cramped up, it’s as if they tried to squeeze every inch of space into a court. Prefer driving a little extra going to Renton location over this place.

I have been going to this facility ( Bellevue)for close to 2 decades -I was able to avoid the unprofessional front desk and the owner most of the time ( don’t have to face them if we get out by 8:00 am) 1) yesterday they have a new person who was policing anyone practicing while waiting for their turn ( in a group of 5 players on a free court - the courts were empty , they way the message was conveyed was super rude) . 2) court 1 was empty ( did not show as free earlier and it has better lighting)and we had court 2 - she was super rude when asking for us to move to our assigned court , we tried to she if she can switch and felt they were not even making an effort . It felt she was doing her job but the message seemed to be he rude first. Never had a pleasant experience purchasing birdies from the owner . The 3 star is for the upgraded facility

This used to be a very good place for children to have private and group badminton training. However, after the recent renovation, the smell in the venue has become unbearable, filled with what seems like low-quality chemical paint fumes. I am concerned that the formaldehyde level may be excessive or that other harmful substances may be present. Several weeks have passed and there has been no obvious improvement. I am truly concerned about people training here, as intense exercise means they will inhale even more of these potentially harmful gases. I hope this comment will receive the attention of the person/team in charge.

This is easily the most unprofessional sports establishment ever. They change rules and bring in new regulations ever day. I joined the club 3 months back. Since then there has been revisions to the contract for atleast three times. First they brought in reservation system, followed by penalty for no-shows and now they are charging for each court usage. To the management team: You are in business because of your customers. Don't take them for a ride. Businesses that didn't respect their customers crumble in no time. Update: I added this picture on a Sunday morning. Not even a single court is full. It is all because of their unfriendly and poor rate scheme. We are looking for alternatives in Bellevue, Kirkland area. Worst ever place again….
